When I resume my Arch system, the Cairo Dock is gone. I can no longer run it normally, because:
$ cairo-dock

(cairo-dock:11476): Gdk-WARNING **: The GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS environment variable is not supported in GTK3.
See the documentation for gdk_window_ensure_native() on how to get native windows.
warning : (/build/cairo-dock/src/cairo-dock-3.3.2/src/implementations/cairo-dock-glx.c:_initialize_opengl_backend:179)
couldn't find an appropriate visual, trying to get one without Stencil buffer
(it may cause some little deterioration in the rendering) ...

However, I can run it in software mode:
$ cairo-dock -c

(cairo-dock:11690): Gdk-WARNING **: The GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS environment variable is not supported in GTK3.
See the documentation for gdk_window_ensure_native() on how to get native windows.

Any ideas why is it so?

Hello and thank you for this bug report! (and sorry for the delay!)

intel_do_flush_locked failed: Invalid argument
It seems there is a problem with the video drivers. Did you update it recently? Maybe you need to recompile the dock due to some changes in Mesa drivers.
