Hi, I have another question regarding cairo panel
Can I add a space from the edge, shifting the starting point of the panel?
Kinda similar to lateral offset in cairo configuration, but that option makes the other end of panel went off screen. |

Hi,
Since the version 3.3.2, you can add a separator at the beginning of your panel (you will have a lateral offset).
But there is currently no option to avoid overlapping.

but then, what should I choose in the new icons placement option? (like in my other-solved-already topic)
there's no "After the given icon: separator"
if I choose 'at the beginning of panel' or 'before the launcher', it would be before the separator as well.
well, if it's currently not available, can I make a request for that for the next release?  |

Well, if I use a transparent icon and set the new icons after that icon, it actually adds a separator in between, making the running programs located at the middle of panel.
So I'll just bear with it for now
I wish I could help, but I myself am still learning about programming.. hehe..
