Cairo-dock 3.2 supports multi-screen. However, there is only one dock in two screens. How about display multi docks in multi-screens? |

you can place any dock on any screen, if it's what you mean. |

I think this option (which is better now) should be also visible in the simple mode of the config panel. This option is currently available in the advanced mode for the main dock and on the config panel of each second main dock (which has only basic option). |

Yes, Cairo-dock 3.2 has only three options: Screen 0 (right), Screen 1 (left), Use all screens. If I chooses "use all screens", there is only one dock.
What I want is that there is the same dock in each screen. I do not need move mouse from a screen to the other screen, and click some icons.
Does it make any sense? |

I always use the advanced config panel. I cannot find the option that I can put the same dock in each screen. |

No, we can't have the same dock on each screen by using the config panel but you can launch two docks and use two different settings. E.g. simply launch Cairo-Dock a second time (at startup or with a new launcher) with this command: cairo-dock -d ~/.config/cairo-dock2/ and place this new dock on the second screen |

Hi, I thought I'd ask if this has changed over the years.
I need something very simple: I have a laptop (as screen on the right) and an external monitor (as left screen). I have currently one cairo dock showing to the right of my right screen (laptop). I want to have the same cairo dock showing to the left of my left screen (ext monitor). Is that possible? thanks! |
