Dialogues can be out of the screen ; I used this command :

dbus-send --session --dest=org.cairodock.CairoDock /org/cairodock/CairoDock org.cairodock.CairoDock.ShowDialog string:"Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, Coucou Fabounet, " int32:5 string:"container=_MainDock_&position=19"

It's ok, there is 2 icons on the right of the icon with the id 19.

It's limit but a bit out of the screen (we don't see the comma) , there is 1 icon on the right of it.

The dialog is a bit out of the screen, there is no more icon on the right of it

so actually, the dialog is cut like it should (it's written on 2 lines, whereas you didn't put any \n), but the dialog window is not placed correctly.
