Hi,
i installed on my thinkpad x220i Ubuntu 11.04 64bit. Their Luncher is very nice, but i just prefer glx-dock (installed 2.3.0-1). So i activated Gmenu and choose option to display icons-but they are not displayed. Would that be possible?
Another question: is it recommendable to use glx-dock under Unity?

Just do ALT+F2 and then type gconf-editor... Go to "desktop / gnome / interface" and validate the option named "Menus have icons" ... And enjoy

Another question: is it recommendable to use glx-dock under Unity?

I use both without any problem
