Hi there,
I'm testing 2.3.0-0rc2 and I've found something which looks like a small bug.

Hello,
Don't hesitate to use our Drop to share applet in order to use videobin, it's just a bit easier to watch your video 
BTW thank you for this bug report I can confirm it with any window in front of the dock. Simply move the cursor inside the dock and go out with it to the right or the left of the dock (do that not too fast). |

It happens also when there are no windows in front of the dock. |
