Messages : 15 		I'm sure this is already up for discussion, but current versions seem to require that the Gnome Panel is open, whereas I prefer to close it and just use Cairo Dock. I thought I would point out the Gnome Menu Screenlet that comes standard when you install Screenlets (http://www.screenlets.org/index.php/Home) which not only does not require Gnome Panel to be open, but also includes the 'Places' and 'System' menus. Someone may be able to use it to get a similar thing going for Cairo-dock (if you're not already doing that).
