I am trying to build cairo-dock on Opensuse 11 and I get this error? What am I doing wrong? Thanks...

did you do "autoreconf -isf" at first ?
is your intltool version > 0.35.0 ? maybe it's outdated.
also check that you use autoconf/automake 1.9 and not 1.10
