Bonjour,
Ok ..this is going to sound stupid ..
I am creating a few themes however, when I have someone test them I get mixed results.
One person loaded the theme and everything was fine another none of the icons showed up becasue the launcers themselves refer to my user name in the location of the icons.
how would I create this so that the launchers point to the correct icons in the theme's/launcher's folder withouth referencing my user name?

easy launchers' icons go to the 'launchers' sub-dir, and other stuff (like background or images needed by plug-ins) go to the 'current_theme' dir. |

Wasn't he talking about the symbolic links in the theme ? ... Because I have the same problem : For exemple -> I have an evolution icon in my folder (exemple : /home/nochka85/.cairo-dock/Icons/My_theme) and when I create a symbolic link from evolution.svg to thunderbird.svg, it works well ! But when I rename my folder (or when I give it to a friend) , the link doesn't work anymore ... because it looks for the old folder name
Any idea to create the link IN the folder only (without all the path) ?
PS: Sorry for my english |
