Hello all, I has searched this question but was not able to find an answer.
I have a sub doc set up to open my fav/most used apps.

Is there a way to have the icons for an app open via that sub dock to be displayed on the main doc as and open app? All apps opened not using the sub doc I have set to be placed in a section between the trash bin and the fav apps icon.
Thanks.

Y'all can disregard this. It appears that checking the "don't link this to window" open for each item in the sub dock makes it do what I want it to do, which is to have the icon for the app appear in the main dock while the app is open.
