Hey guys,
I'm running a brand new Arch Linux with XFCE4 desktop, and Compiz as Window Manager.
I have Cairo-Dock (v. 3.4.1) running in OpenGL mode.
What I'm trying to achieve is to have two instances of Cairo Dock to run on "Separate X Screens" (this is how's it's called in Xorg - with my nVidia card).
So far, I only found this thread here on this forum to be useful :
http://www.glx-dock.org/bg_topic.php?t=7238
matttbe said that we can duplicate the settings for the docks, with this command :
cp -r ~/.config/cairo-dock ~/.config/cairo-dock-2
and then, to launch a second instance of the dock :
cairo-dock -d ~/.config/cairo-dock-2
All this is working, and I created launchers for those to work separately. One launcher on each of my screens.
However, I'd like to know if it's possible to have those 2 docks launched automatically at startup?
I'm sure you guys know the answer... |
