Hi, all. I'm having problems with Chrome application shortcuts mixing with Chrome's main app icon (ie. when I create a custom launcher with a Chrome application shortcut, it launches, but shows up as another running instance of Chrome). I recall a patch for this being merged and released, I believe, with 3.3.2. I'm running Xubuntu 14.04 w/ Compiz, Cairo Dock w/ Open GL and, obviously, XFCE. I've tried changing the window class in the launcher file in ~/.local/share/applications, messing with the launcher settings, etc., and nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Thank you for using cairo-dock and sorry for the delay.

What are the classes for the applications? If you open a terminal and enter xprop you should be able to click on the window you wish to find the class of.

xprop | grep "WM_CLASS"
