As a reminder to people who think they can't make a difference, it is because of the user feedback, testing and suggestions, that the developers can do such a terrific job. The developers do such a good job but they can't do everything and rely on users to provide them with feedback, and solutions if possible.
Even a solution/suggestion that seems simple can help very much. A suggestion can give a developer a push in another direction that they weren't thinking about to begin with (I know from experience) so no suggestion or support is wrong/stupid/unwanted because it can make someone think 'out of the box'.
I have seen myself sit and stare at a problem for hours only to have someone walk by and say "did you think of ..." which may have not been the correct answer but made me change my thought process. |
