Hello,

This package should be automatically installed when you install Cairo-Dock (and all cairo-dock-*-integrations packages should not contain any dependences to GNOME, XFCE, KDE packages or other!)
Is it maybe possible to notify Cairo-Dock maintainers of your distribution to fix this bug?

I have a similar problem and have looked all over. The OP's original issue is closest to my problem.

Linux Mint Debian Edition, latest Cairo Dock
The trash can sits on the dock but has N/A emblazoned across it.
When i click the icon it bounces but nothing opens, no functionality.
I cannot drag files into it either.

The 'rubbish bin' works fine from the desktop and command line
gvfs-open trash:/
gvfs-open /

All other dock items run fine.

I ran 'ps -ef | grep gvfs' as per brianw above but don't know how to interpret result.

Then i get stuck following steps as i don't know how to run the dock from terminal.

Hope someone can help.
