Hi,
I've installed Cairo on a fresh installation of Xubuntu 13.10 but it tries 3 times to run (the bar is displayed very quickly and close),
after the third time opens the setup page automatically, but every setting have the same result, the dock tries other 3 times and returns in setup page.
I've tried this on ATI 9600 AGP 256M and ATI 9200 AGP 128M, same result.  |

Hello and thank you for this bug report!
Is it better after having launched this command? (if yes, this bug should be fixed with the 3.3.2 version which should be released asap!)
If no, can you give us a backtrace of this crash with GDB after having (temporary) added our Weekly ppa? => It's explained there: ddd  |

GREAT!!
After the "mkdir ~/.config/gtk-3.0" now the dock works fine. 
Problem solved.
