Right click > [Application] > Launch a new (shift clic)

The issue is: 'Launch a new (shift clic)'

Change to 'New Instance (shift click)' or 'Launch new window (shift click)'

Change "Lock icons position" to "Lock icon's position" (add apostrophe).

PS: about "Lock icon's position": it should mean "Lock the position of all icons" (maybe should we write: "Lock icons' position", no?)
