Hello i would like to improve the look of my status bar It is made of 9 applets.
Trash, weather, mail, sound,system monitor CPU, system monitor ram, shortcuts, clock, Log out,
I have some inconsistency due to the fact that it is very small some of the info are displayed directly on the icon. While it would be better if they were displayed on the label or not at all. So i just mak a little list of what they can display and what they cannot
Trash.
quick info: Trash can display some quick info (none, number of files, total number of files ?? , Total weight ) but i have turned them off as they are not looking great when its on such a small icon.
Label: does not display anything.
Wheater:
Quick info: can display temperature
Label: nothing
Mail:
Quick info: display automatically quick info cannot be turned off
Label: nothing
Sound: This one you can select where to display the sound info (label or icon) (Good setup for me..)
Quick info: can display sound info
Label: can display sound info
System monitor: This one you can select where to display the value (label or icon) (Good setup for me..)
Quick info: can display value
Label: can display sound value
Shortcuts: no info or value to display
Clock: This one you can select where to display the date (label or icon) (Good setup for me..)
Quick info: can display date
Label: can display date
Log out:no info or value to display
Hope the email can be solved first by having the chance to remove the quick info from the icon as there is already a gauge. |
