With the latest revisions (Cairo-Dock Core: 1173; Cairo-Dock Plug-ins: 2503), the dialogues are not place above their icons if these icons are hidden: e.g. my dock is hidden and I'm updating my kernel ; Logout wants to display a dialogue but this dialogue is placed on the middle-right of my screen until the dock re-appears.

With which version? (because with the latest revisions on BZR, I still have the bug )

EDIT: ok, there is a new rev
EDIT2: but it's a fix for Metacity
