et déjà qques bugs de moins pour la 3.0.2 (et peut-être aussi l'ajout de DbusMenu dans l'API Dbus, si ça marche bien). |

I just upgraded to the 3.0.1 version from 3.0.0 and I have several applets that I use the keep visible option (Always display the icon, even when the dock is hidden).
Under 3.0.0 I used this with custom background and opacity set to 0 so in effect there was no background at all (like the old "Always visible flag" did) and it worked fine. Now the opacity does not seem to have any effect. There is always a grey box around the icons. If I increase the opacity then whatever colour is chosen starts to show but otherwise the box is a dull grey (which is the same colour as the dock itself).
I just tried the Clear theme and the boxes around the always visible icons is still dull grey (even though the dock is clear now) and it stays that way even if I switch to use default background.
[Edit] I just switched to the Default-Panel theme and the opacity seems to be back. I tried many of the other themes and they all had the grey box except the Default-Panel theme. |

Yes thank you, this bug has already been reported. Currently if you want no background at all, you have to modify this colour in the background module (advanced mode of the config panel) |

Thank you for the tip. For me it was enough to change the "background when hidden" opacity to 0 (since I keep the dock hidden) and that solved the issue of the background on the icons when I have them displayed.
Thanks again. |
