Since I have upgraded to Cairo-Dock 3 using the weekly ppa the terminal-applet does not work anymore. Clicking on it has the one and only effect that Cairo-Dock freezes and I have to kill and restart it.
Greetings

what we see here are the warnings you get when you try to init GTK2 after GTK3
so I guess libvte is linked to GTK2, whereas the dock is now in GTK3.
however, http://packages.ubuntu.com/natty/libvte-2.90-9 shows that libvte has been ported to gtk3 since natty
Edit: ok, libvte is compilable for both gtk2 and 3.
I'm afraid the default package is built on gtk2
I can't find any gtk3-specfic package, Matttbe maybe ?
Edit2: I think it's libvte-2.90-9 for gtk3 and libvte9 for gtk2 ... so logical |

about the bug, maybe the function to set the line/column has changed ? what if you try to resize the dialog with alt+middle-click ? |
