How can I impliment Kiba physics to Cairo Dock of its possible at all?

Hello,

Yes, don't hesitate to implement Kiba physics as a new plugin!

I think kiba-dock (which is no longer maintained) uses its Akamaru librairy (coded in C with GLib just like Cairo-Dock) to have this physical engine.
The source code is available there: http://kibadock.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/kibadock/trunk/.

If you wants any help to integrate it, don't hesitate to ask any questions!
