I would appreciate a function that clones or copies existing starters. There a three way, where this function could be implemented:

Right click->Clone
Drag 'n drop with CTRL pressed
The windows that is shown if you right click and modify a starter

This option would be rather useful for those who use manually created starters for example to start a Script or another program with parameters.
