I dragged MintMenu from the web page to the dock, and now it's there. The tip says to right click to edit the menu, but I don't see anything that pops up on a right click that will do the job.

But does the left click work fine? what do you have when you do a right click on this new window? Which version of MintMenu (the application, not the applet) do you have?

can you launch mintmenu from a terminal ? it maybe just can't work without some components.
