I'm afraid there is not, a modal window is modal for all the windows of the application.

maybe an independant configuration program, but this goes far

Lorsque le dock freeze, pourquoi ne pas avoir le reste des icônes en degradé de gris (noir et blanc) sauf l'icône concernée?
