Hi there,
I don't know if it's just me, but i can't find any way of customising the appearance of the me-menu applet from configuration panel. Any tips?
cheers,

Hello,
It's currently not possible to do it but what do you want to customise? |

matttbe : Hello,

The appearance mainly: status and their respective icon. |

I think you have to change directly the icons on the disk.
since the code is directly taken from Unity, there is virtually no customisation possible |

Mhh, i'm probably misunderstanding but: isn't the .conf file of that applet supposed to override the default icon?
I tried to add some new icon to the conf file but it doesn't override the ugly one |

PS: Oh i found out that the Faenza set does not provide for a SVG version of its me-menu items. I'll work on that |

OK here it is:
One thing though: i need to place these icons int the ~/.icons/Faenza/status/scalable/ folder. If i move them to the ~/.config/cairo-dock/current_theme/icons/ folder, it does not pick theme up. Shouldn't applets look for icons in the /current_theme/icons/ first and then look into the current theme?
Imma work on the Message-Menu now.
Cheers,
