I included your improvement suggestions. Sure!
If a German version of Cairo-Dock is available, I will review the article completely.

What are the meanings of the words "retach" and "pouet"? In context: "Name of an image to use for the 'retach' button :".

You can see it in the Desklet menu in CD config. => In a desklet, you have one buttons to rotate it, two same to change the depth (rotation in 3D) and one to put the desklet in the dock => it's ratach...

Yes, tie up or link.
Mais en français, je ne dirais pas "rattacher" mais "Retourner dans le dock" comme c'est écrit dans le menu d'un desklet (lors d'un clique droit dessus). Mais ça fait plus qu'un mot, donc c'est bien comme ça !

Bonsoir tout le monde,

je suis Oliver Horn, I'm going to help Ubuntuxer with the german translations. I do understand french, but I'm very bad at speaking or writing it.

Oliver

Great thanks Olivier and Ubuntuxer for your contribution !

If you are bored, you can also translate our wiki but it seems that there are a good tutorial there http://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/Cairo-Dock. But I think that there is no translation for recurrent problems (it can be the same translation for our wiki to that of ubuntuusers). Maybe if you have some time it can help some people! Do what you want

I know that theres a wiki page at ubuntuusers.de for cairo-dock...I wrote it

Another user started, but never finished that article, I revisited it and finished it. I gladly acknowledge you like it

I recognized, that translating cairo-dock can be done with poedit. But since I never used poedit before, is there any "howto: cairo-dock-translation with poedit" or sth.?
