Hi:
Using 2.0.0-2 on OpenSUSE 11.1 - i386. I've noticed that it continually drifts the dock over the left side of the screen over a period of minutes of use.
To "fix" it, I've been adjusting the position of the dock in the Position Config setting but this shouldn't happen I think. Any ideas whether this is a bug
or not?
thx.

I think that it's maybe easier for us with a screenshot or a screencast and some precisions :
- I suppose that you have KDE4 but do you use Cairo-Dock with or without OpenGL ?
- Is it the same comportment with ou without it ?
- Is it a new bug ?

could we see a screenshot please ? I don't see what's wrong.
also, what is the position of your dock ? does it happen with a centered bottom dock (alignement=0.5 and x offset = 0) ? |

seems the alignement is 0 (<=> left-aligned)
set it to 0.5 to center it. |

Yep, that's what it's set to....
The issue happens over time as you launch things and things come and go from the active set of pgms running.
Resetting the alignment back to 0.5 corrects it however. |

are you saying the alignement goes to 0 in the config by itself ?
it would be one of the funniest bug I've seen then |

Its the lateral gap value in the Position group that is going negative for some reason... |

hmmm, does the "allowed space for dock" set to 0 (in Accessibility) ?
it's very strange |
