hi everyone.

my problem is that sometimes when i turn on my pc, but only when i turn on not in the midle of a game or when i do something on my pc it starts windows with vertical lines and mini squares. is not the cable cause iv changed it and happens again. monitor or video card? i connected another monitor to see if shows up again on both or only on one of them!! the pc is brand new...not even 1 year. i have guarantee but i have to know what is the problem!!! opinions?
